Is there a limit on early-access places?

Yes. The first phase is limited to 200 businesses so we can keep the signal quality high and the feedback loop tight. The sooner you join the waitlist, the better your chance of getting in at launch — and of locking in any founding-member benefits we offer at that stage.

Is the service live today?

Not yet. Business Warnings is in development. You can join the waitlist now; we'll be in touch when it's ready for early-access members. No payment is taken today.

How often will I get warnings?

There's no fixed schedule. Warnings are event-driven — they're sent when the data moves enough to matter for your sector. Some weeks you may get several, other weeks none.

Where do the signals come from?

A blend of structured sources (Companies House, regulator publications, market indices, claims trends, supply-chain feeds) and unstructured sources (news and social listening). Each signal runs through Ragado's risk-scoring model and is tuned to your sector.

Is this financial or insurance advice? Is it regulated?

No to both. Business Warnings is research and information only. It is not financial advice, not a personal recommendation, and not a regulated service in its own right. It is not a substitute for advice from your broker, accountant or solicitor — always check with the right professional before making a decision.

What can I cancel and when?

Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next monthly renewal. Annual plans can be cancelled before the next annual renewal — there's no auto-renew lock-in. Cancellation terms will be confirmed in the subscription terms shown before you pay.

Is Ragado regulated?

Ragado Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for insurance distribution (FRN 1034795). Business Warnings is an information service — it does not itself require authorisation, but it is delivered by an FCA-regulated firm with the same standards of conduct.

What happens with my data?

Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the UK, and only used to deliver Business Warnings and contact you about the launch. We never sell your data. Full details are in our Privacy Notice.
